Consolidated Audited Accounts for the year 2008 to be released on Friday, 3
April 2009

Betbull Holding SE ('the Company') announces that the release of its
Consolidated Audited Accounts for the year 2008 will be published on
Friday, 3 April 2009.

The Consolidated Audited Accounts as at 31 December 2008 will include the
consolidated balance sheet and the consolidated profit and loss account and
will be available on the Company's corporate website on Friday, 3 April
2009 after market close.

The Company also announces that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be
held on 21 May 2009 in London. The notice of AGM will be sent out and
published in due course.
