Betbull announces partnership with bwin Interactive Entertainment AG to 
offer retail betting in Spain. 
 
Betbull announces plans to team-up with bwin Interactive Entertainment AG 
as strategic partner in a Spanish Joint Venture piloting and rolling out 
licensed retail betting outlets in the Madrid area under the bwin brand. 
 
Betbull is confident that the partnership with the biggest online 
sportsbook in Europe can provide the retail operation with a positioning in 
the market place that will ensure immediate public awareness and reinforce 
the company’s strategy to become a leading retail provider in Spain. 
 
The Joint Venture intends to move quickly to complete the licensing process 
with the Authorities in Madrid and to secure leading retail locations.  The 
first shops shall be launched in the first quarter of the year 2008 under 
the bwin brand roof, piloting for the first time the transfer of the well 
known online brand to the retail sector. 
 
Details about funding and structure of the Joint Venture will be published 
after completion of the licensing process.
