Altira AG: David Zimmer to be the new CEO of Altira AG ++ Michael Rieder leaving the Management Board for personal reasons

Frankfurt am Main, 26 July 2011 - Michael Rieder, CEO of Altira AG, will be leaving the Management Board for personal reasons on 31 July 2011. David Zimmer, a member of the Management Board since 2009, will follow him as the next CEO.

Michael Rieder will continue to assist Altira AG in an advisory capacity until the end of the year, thereby enabling smooth passage of his duties and client contacts to fellow members of the Management Board.

Michael Rieder: 'There are times in life when personal and career responsibilities cannot be reconciled. I am leaving the Management Board of Altira AG with deep regret, but will remain available to provide friendly advice and assistance to my colleagues even after the end of 2011.' Dr. Sebastian Grabmaier, Co-CEO of the parent company Angermayer, Brumm & Lange Group, expresses his thanks: 'Michael Rieder has been outstanding over the past three and a half years as CEO of Altira AG and has played an essential role in Altira's development. Our shareholders, fellow members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board thank him for his efforts and wish him all the best in his future life.'
