informs that the auditor Ltd, 'Zverinatu revidentu firma Kapitals'(reg. No.
42103010490; LZRA license No. 6) approved at the shareholders meeting at
23.04.2010. is reorganized at the end on 2010, and at 14th of October enclosed
to Ltd. 'Audit Advice' (reg. No. 40003858822; LZRA license No.134 )  as in
result, all the contractual liabilieties between JSC 'Grobina' and Ltd.
'Zverinatu revidentu firma Kapitals' goes to Ltd. 'Audit Advice', including the
audits contract of the annual report year 2010.
