Luxembourg/Zwanenburg, The Netherlands - 11 April 2012 - 3W Power SA (Prime
Standard, ISIN GG00B39QCR01, 3W9), the holding company of AEG Power
Solutions, a global leading provider of power electronic systems and
solutions for industrial power supplies and renewable energies, today
notified Andrem Power of its decision to unilaterally terminate the
Transaction Agreement of 21 February 2012 entered into with Andrem Power, a
company indirectly wholly owned by Nordic Capital Fund VII. Details of the
Transaction Agreement have been published in 3W Power's ad-hoc notice of 21
February 2012.

This termination marks the end of 3W Power's formal support for the Andrem
public tender offer process. Both 3W Power and Andrem remain subject to
confidentiality undertakings agreed to in the framework of the public offer
process and common to this type of transaction.
