Ad-Hoc Shareholder's/Press Release in accordance with § 15 WpHG

TELES: H1/2010 - Group revenues down as a result of poor revenues in
American market. Losses in H1/2010 - but still considerably decreased
compared to the first half of last year

Berlin, September 10, 2010.   In the first half of 2010, revenues of 7.7
MioEUR represented a decrease of 24% compared to the first half of last
year. This can be mostly attributed to poor revenues from the American
market. The operating losses (EBIT), however, decreased compared to the
same period last year.

The key data for TELES for H1/2010 (in accordance with IFRS, unaudited) can
be summarized as follows:

  - Revenues: 7.7 MioEUR(10.2 MioEUR in H1/2009, -24%), 

  - Gross Profit: 3.3 MioEUR(4.1 MioEUR in H1/2009, -21%),

  - EBITDA*: -1.0 MioEUR(-2.4 MioEUR in H1/2009, +57%),

  - EBIT*: -1.8 MioEUR(-3.0 MioEUR in H1/2009, +42%).

  - Equity ratio: 12%(18% end of Q1/2010)
