TELES: Q1/2010 Group Results

Berlin, September 10, 2010. Revenues in Q1 2010 are down very slightly by
4% compared to the previous year's quarter. On the plus side, gross profit
improved overall by 15%; i.e. 0.2 MioEUR.

The operating losses (EBIT) decreased from -2.3 MioEUR to -0.5 MioEUR
compared to previous year's quarter.

The key data for TELES for Q1/2010 (in accordance with IFRS, unaudited) can
be summarized as follows:

  - Revenues: 4.1 MioEUR(4.2 MioEUR in Q1/2009, -4%),

  - Gross Profit: 1.8 MioEUR(1.6 MioEUR in Q1/2009, +15%),

  - EBITDA*: -0.2 MioEUR(-2.0 MioEUR in Q1/2009, +92%),

  - EBIT*: -0.5 MioEUR(-2.3 MioEUR in Q1/2009, +77%).

  - Equity ratio: 18%(22% end of Q4/2009)
