TDC : TDC achieves license for 4 frequency blocks, each 2x5 MHz, in 800 MHz auction

Following publication by the Danish Business Authority of the result of the
Danish 800 MHz auction, TDC A/S hereby announces that the company has achieved
a license for four of the five frequency blocks sold in the auction. 



The four frequency blocks are the so-called B-blocks each consisting of 2x5
MHz, without restrictions. 



TDC will be subject to all coverage obligations according to the license rules.



TDC will pay a total amount of 627.804.000 DKK for the license, an amount of
which 20% will be paid in 2012 and 10% per year during the subsequent eight
years. The license period is 22 years, and commences on 1 January 2013. 



The result of the auction does not give rise to any changes to the Guidance
2012, which was announced on 3 February 2012 in connection with the publication
of the TDC Financial Statements 2012.
