Pankl Racing Systems AG - Changes in the Management Board

  - CEO Wolfgang Plasser appointed for further 5 years

  - Alfred Hörtenhuber heads in future the CROSS Carbon Composite Group

  - Josef Faigle becomes new COO of Pankl Racing Systems AG

The supervisory board of Pankl Racing Systems AG has set the course in
terms of personnel leading the company for the medium term.

The management board contract of CEO Wolfgang Plasser was extended for a
further 5 years and runs now until May 2017. The current COO Alfred
Hörtenhuber will lead the new CROSS Carbon Composite Group from October
2011 onwards and will hence retire from the Pankl management board as of 30
September 2011. At the next AGM he will candidate for a seat in the Pankl
supervisory board. As of now the technical director of Pankl Racing Systems
AG, Josef Faigle, is appointed into the management board. On 1 October 2011
he will take over the position of COO from Mr. Hörtenhuber.  Mr. Faigle is
appointed for 5 years until 31 July 2016.
