Novavisions Update - 4% bond extended

Rotkreuz (Switzerland), 20 June 2011 - The bond due on 16.06.2011 (WKN
A0TWJZ) has been extended for two years.

Novavisions AG sees this as confirmation of its corporate strategy of
making equity investments in companies in the technology sector, developing
them and positioning them on the market.

As a sign of confidence in the corporate strategy the bond due on
16.06.2011 has been renewed for additional 2 years on the same terms (4%
coupon).
