Shareholders meeting

Rotkreuz (Switzerland), 29 May 2012 - Novavisions AG announced that the
Shareholders Meeting held today has unanimously approved all proposals put
forward by the Board of Directors.

The Members of Board of Directors Adrian Knapp (Chairman), Markus Bernhard,
Peter Urs Naef and Sascha Magsamen were re-elected.

BDO AG, Zürich, are re-elected as the company's auditors.

In order to restructure the capital, to reduce the nominal value per share,
by a nominal value reduction and a share split of 1:10 from CHF 3.50 to CHF
0.05 was approved by the Shareholders Meeting of today. Each GDR traded at
the stock exchange will be backed by a bearer share than. This represents
an important simplification and the new nominal value allows opportunities
for capital market transactions.
