Novavisions AG - Result for the first half year 2011

Rotkreuz (Switzerland), 26 August 2011 - Novavisions AG with half-year
loss.
For the first half year 2011 a result of - EUR 407 thousand resulted (2010:
+ EUR 39 thousand).

Operational costs, interest for bonds and a loss due to regrouping of the
portfolio led to the negative result.

Novavisions AG's focus is the creation of added value to its shareholders
by consistently working on its current portfolio as well as selective
investments. The current core investments are www.novastor.com,
www.petshop.de and www.multicom.fi. All companies develop successfully.
