The member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Christopher Stephen Burke, has
resigned from the Supervisory Board of Kontron AG as of August 31st, 2012.
The Supervisory Board of Kontron AG on September 1st, 2012 has appointed
Mr. Chris Burke with immediate effect for a term of six month ending on
February 28th, 2013 as a new member of the Board of Management of Kontron
AG. Likewise with effect of September 1st, 2012 the Supervisory Board of
Kontron AG has appointed Andreas Plikat as a new member of the Board of
Management of Kontron AG.
