Cancellation of the Annual General Meeting

Cologne, Germany, July 26, 2012 - The KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG
management board is hereby cancelling the Annual General Meeting, which was
scheduled for July 27, 2012.

The company will announce a new meeting date next week.
