Bitterfeld-Wolfen (Germany), 2 July 2012. On 1 July 2012 the Local Court
(Amtsgericht) Dessau/Rosslau instituted insolvency proceedings in respect
of the assets of Q-Cells SE due to illiquidity and over-indebtedness. The
lawyer Henning Schorisch, Halle/Saale, was appointed as insolvency
administrator. Q-Cells SE had filed for insolvency on 3 April 2012.
