Innofactor Plc Stock Exchange Release May 22, 2012, at 9:45 Finnish time



In April, Innofactor Plc announced co-operation negotiations in its
subsidiary's Innofactor Ltd's SharePoint Solutions unit in order to improve the
profitability. The actions under consideration could have led to layoffs of
maximum of nine employees or fixed-term layoff of all the unit's personnel for
90 days at the most. 

The negotiations have now been concluded.

During the negotiation process a positive development on the unit's business
outlook has occurred. 

The Innofactor Board of Directors decided on layoffs of 2 employees and
fixed-term layoffs of 2 employees for 90 days.
