In 2012, the JSC 'Latvijas Gāze' plans to make investments at the amount of 26
million LVL. Mostly those will be dedicated to modernization and security
improvement of the gas supply system. 

The Joint Stock Company 'Latvijas Gāze' predicts that in the first quarter of
2012 natural gas consumption in Latvia may decrease by 30% in comparison to
2011, if there will  be weather conditions as in December and first decade of
January.
