IMMOFINANZ AG intends to issue a corporate bond

IMMOFINANZ AG (ISIN AT0000809058), listed in the prime market segment of
the Vienna Stock Exchange, announces its intention to issue a corporate
bond with a volume that can equal EUR 150 to 200 million and a minimum term
of  five years.

BAWAG P.S.K. Bank für Arbeit und Wirtschaft und Österreichische
Postsparkasse AG, Raiffeisen Bank International AG and UniCredit Bank
Austria AG have been mandated as Joint-Lead Managers.

The issuance is subject to positive market conditions, the prospectus
approval and the necessary board decision.
