Trading Act (WpHG)

elexis AG: Application to switch from the Prime Standard to the General
Standard


The shares of elexis AG, Wenden, (ISIN DE0005085005/ SID 508500) are
currently listed for trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange and at the same time on the section of the regulated market of the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange with additional listing obligations (Prime
Standard). The Management Board of elexis AG has today with the approval of
the Supervisory Board decided to apply to switch from the listing on the
Prime Standard to the General Standard of the regulated market of the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange. elexis AG will now make a corresponding request
to
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange to withdraw the listing from the Prime
Standard. This switch will reduce the additional costs involved with the
listing on the Prime Standard.

The withdrawal of the listing will become effective three months after the
decision to withdraw has been announced in the internet by the management
of
Deutsche Börse (www.deutsche-boerse.com). The withdrawal will not affect
the
listing of elexis AG's shares on the regulated market (General Standard).
