Einhell reduces sales forecast for 2011

Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 0005654933) which is listed under the Prime

According to an unexpected weak business development in November and
December the Einhell Group adjusts its sales forecast for 2011.

The ongoing uncertainty on the international financial markets and the
noticeable effects of the debt crisis on the economic development and the
private consumption causes a buying resistance in some European countries.
Einhell anticipates revenues probably on prior-year's level.
