Business development in 2012

Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 0005654933) which is listed under Prime
Standard of Deutsche Börse AG announces the following:

In the context of the general annual meeting on 14 June 2012, Einhell
Germany AG will announce that the turnover for the period January to May
2012 has reached about
174 million Euro (previous year 172 million Euro). 

Earnings before tax will probably reach a profit margin of around 4 - 5%. 

On 2 May 2012, the Einhell Group took over kwb tools GmbH & Co. KG. The
integration of this company in the Einhell Group is working on plan. The
sales contribution in May is around 2 million Euro.

The completion of the product range with accessories will enhance Einhell's
profile towards being a top brand.
