Early redemption of bonds

On 17 May 2010 vestjyskBANK issued bonds with a nominal value of DKK
1,000,000,000, ISIN code DK0030241997. The issue was guaranteed by the
Financial Stability Company (Finansiel Stabilitet) on behalf of the Danish
government. 

The duration of the bonds was three years with an option of early redemption,
in whole or in part, on and after 17 November 2011. 

vestjyskBANK has decided to redeem the bonds fully on 17 May 2012.
