DEAG: Klassik Radio alliance is further milestone for the Classical Music
business

* DEAG Classics to handle Klassik Radio's entire live concert and
  touring business
* Significant sales boost for DEAG Classics
* Debut long-term cooperation between a radio station and a live
  promoter
* Base for further development of the 360° approach and new products

Berlin, 28.10.2009. DEAG Deutsche Entertainment AG (ISIN DE000A0Z23G) has
entered into a long range strategic alliance with Klassik Radio AG.
Subsidiary DEAG Classics AG will in future take over the entire touring
business for Klassik Radio. The cooperation comes with both a significant
impulse for the sales of the Classical Music business and the development
of new products together with Klassik Radio. The expected impact from
additional turnover of the German language Classical Music business of DEAG
amounts to just under 25 percent per year.

Parties have agreed on 75 concerts to take place over the next three years.
So far Klassik Radio has successfully promoted concert series such as 'The
best Classical Music hits', 'The Klassik Radio Proms' and 'The wide world
of film music' featuring its inhouse orchestra. The leading German
Classical Music broadcaster Klassik Radio has now decided to commission
leading European Classical Music promoter DEAG Classics AG to handle the
shows on an exclusive basis. Klassik Radio, which has more than 1.4 million
daily listeners, will contribute media services for radio, TV and print
advertising amounting to a seven digit Euro figure per year. The partners
act on the assumption, that the alliance will lead to a further massive
rise in visitors to the live concerts of Klassik Radio. Formats such as
'The most beautiful Xmas soundtracks live' and others will be developed
further jointly by the partners.

For the first time a long term alliance is forged between a radio station
and a live entertainment promoter through this agreement closed until the
end of 2012 in a first step with an optional extension. By involving radio
and the joint marketing of CDs DEAG gains a unique selling proposition
within the 360° approach throughout Europe. Further joint products and an
intensified cooperation are manifested intentions of the partners.
