Correction: information on the loan terms added

In 2012 JSC 'Rigas autoelektroaparatu rupnica' will invest 1,1 millions LVL in
reconstruction of office building improving effectivenes of expenditure of
thermal energy and establishing ventilation sistem attracting investments of
Climat changes financial instrument.  'RAR'  will finance 35% of  the project
attaching credits of shareholders. It is anticipated that credit with interest
rate 6% per year will be repayable at three years.
