Ismaning, March 15, 2012 - Constantin Medien AG announces preliminary Group
earnings attributable to shareholders of -2.6 million Euro for the 2011
financial year (2010: -11.4 million Euro). Thus, the projected target range
of between -6 million Euro and -7 million Euro for the 2011 business year
was significantly exceeded. This was particularly caused by a better than
expected financial result and an improved tax result.

2011 Group sales stood at 465.7 million Euro, slightly below the previous
year's amount of 470.3 million Euro (-1.0 percent) and also below the 2011
projected target corridor of between 470 million Euro and 490 million Euro.
The decline is largely due to the weaker performance of the Film Segment.

All the above mentioned data are preliminary. Constantin Medien AG's
definitive result and the 2011 consolidated financial statements,
respectively, will presumably be published on March 22, 2012.
