The Management Board of Comarch Software und Beratung AG hereby announces
that License Agreement between Comarch and Finanz Informatik GmbH & Co. KG
was signed. The framework of the contract covers the delivery of Comarch
Financials Enterprise and Comarch ERP Enterprise. The value of the order is
approximately 1.28 Million Euro. Implemented will be assets accounting
module from Comarch Financials Enterprise and 'Gift book' module on the
basis of material management module from Comarch ERP Enterprise. Delivery
of the licenses is scheduled for Q4 2012 and Live-Start of new assets
accounting
and 'Gift book' modules for year 2013. Maintenance and implementation
services will be provided based on separate orders.
