Mark Fromholt, CFO of Greentech Energy Systems A/S, has decided to resign from
his position with effect as of today. Mark Fromholt will continue his work at
Greentech in the period of notice or until a new CFO takes up the position. 

The Board of Directors will initiate a process immediately to identify
candidates for the position of CFO.
