Gothenburg, Sweden, 2012-05-21 08:45 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 

Bilia AB's board of directors has decided in accordance with the AGM's
authorisation to intiate a share buy-back programme. The authorisation given at
the AGM on 4 May 2012 is valid up to the time of the AGM next year and allows
for a maximum buy-back of 10 per cent of the shares outstanding. 



At the time of initiating the buy-back, Bilia AB owns no shares of its own. The
outstanding number of shares are 25,103,062. 



The buy-back will take place on separate occasions and is dependent on market
conditions and current rules at each specific time. The acquisitions, maximum
10 per cent of the shares in 

Bilia AB, can take place during the time up to Bilia's AGM 2012. The buy-back
will be made on 

the Nasdaq OMX Stockholm Exchange and the price paid will correspond to the
market value registered at each occasion. 



The purpose of the buy back is to achieve an adaptation of Bilia's capital
structure and if the opportunity is given to use shares as payment at any
future acquisition.
