Given to the sustained sporting success in the Bundesliga and the DFB-Pokal
Borussia Dortmund recorded in the third quarter (January 1st, 2012 - March
31st, 2012) of the fiscal year 2011/2012 considerably improved revenues and
results compared to the previous reference report period.

Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA recorded Earnings before interest and
taxes (EBIT) in an amount of EUR 0.7Mio. (previous third quarter EUR 0.2
Mio.) and accumulated in an amount of EUR 16.3 Mio. (previous nine months
report period EUR 5.0 Mio.) in the first nine months of the fiscal year
2011/2012. Earnings before taxes (EBT) in the third quarter amounted EUR
0.8
Mio. (previous third quarter EUR -0.2 Mio.) and the result in the
respective
report period amounted EUR -0.8 Mio. (previous third quarter EUR -0.1
Mio.).
The result for the first nine months of the fiscal year 2011/2012 amounted
EUR 15.5 Mio. (previous nine months EUR 2.5 Mio.).

According to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) the
Borussia
Dortmund profit amounted EUR 0.0 Mio. in the third quarter (previous third
quarter EUR -0.7 Mio.) and accumulated EUR 12.8 Mio. in the first nine
months of the fiscal year (previous nine months report period EUR 0.6
Mio.).
Group Revenues amounted EUR 39.0 Mio. in the third quarter (previous third
quarter EUR 29.8 Mio.) and accumulated  EUR 140.4 Mio. in the first nine
months of the fiscal year (previous nine months report period EUR 100.8
Mio.). Group gross revenue amounted EUR 39.7 Mio. in the third quarter
(previous third quarter EUR 30.2 Mio.) and accumulated  EUR 143.5 Mio. in
the first nine months of the fiscal year (previous nine months report
period
EUR 103.5 Mio.). Group Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and
amortisation (EBITDA) amounted EUR 6.1 Mio. in the third quarter (previous
third quarter EUR 4.9 Mio.).

The deviation between the Group and the single semi-annual result is mainly
based on higher depreciation and amortization regarding the stadium in the
Group's first half-year statement.
