Munich, 10 July 2012 - 118000 AG's Board of Management and Supervisory
Board, today, decided to postpone the publication oft the annual report
2011 and the first quarter report 2012. The company is currently
negotiating with potential investors, who are required for supporting the
international roll out of the Cheap Calls and PeterZahlt services. Both
services were launched in 150 countries eight days ago. The first
development is promising.

The financial reports will be published as soon as 118000 AG can
communicate a clear strategy. The company will then also invite for the
annual shareholders' meeting.
