Munich, 09th of July 2009 - After opening of the insolvency procedure
referring to the assets of the Advanced Photonics Technologies AG by
decision of the Local Court in Rosenheim an investor's concept driven by
the main customers and the management has received the acceptance and has
acquired all main assets and has taken over essential parts of the crew for
this new concept. The preliminary board of the accounts payable has
approved this concept today. Under the companies  AdPhos Innovative
Technologies GmbH and  AdPhos Thermal Processing GmbH the NIR Technology is
available for the customers in the future.
