Grobina, 2011-06-01 08:12 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of JSC 'Grobina',
according to financial instruments, Market law, article 59 part (1) and part
(2), point 3th and 4th, informs about following proceedings and the results: 

1) At 27th May, 2011 at the court of Liepaja occured the demands proceeding,
submitted by shareholder and council member of JSC 'Grobina' Janis Meijubers,
against JSC 'Grobina' about decision annulment of extraordinary shareholders
meeting convened at 30th of September, 2010. The judgement will be declared at
9th June, 2011. 

2) At the 27th May, 2011 ordered demands proceeding is postponed to  7th June,
2011 due to the Courts composition changes. The demand submitted at 6th August,
2010  by JSC 'Grobina' minority shareholders Janis Meijubers, Anatolijs
Gorbunovs and Agris Naglins against  JSC 'Grobina' council members J. Silins,
J. Briedis, G. Jefimovs, S. Neimane and O. Petrevics about  recovery of damages
50 000 LVL due to the council member position at year 2008 and 2009, concluding
the year 2009 with losses 978 502 LVL.
