Dissemination of an Ad hoc announcement according to § 15 WpHG,
transmitted by DGAP - a company of EquityStory AG.

The investigations of suspected corruption against various MAN Group
companies have been concluded.
  
The public prosecution authorities at Munich District Court I imposed
a fine of EUR75.3 million on MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG in their notice of
decision today. Munich District Court I also ruled a fine of EUR75.3
million on MAN Turbo AG today. Both the companies concerned have
acquiesced in the decisions. This brings to an end the investigations
against the companies of the MAN Group on suspicion of imputed
corruption between 2002 to 2009.
This does not affect the preliminary investigations against
individuals.

The agreement to fines and conclusion of the investigations became
possible because the Executive Board and Supervisory Board took
extensive measures to clarify the matter within the company, working
closely with the public prosecution authorities.
