Prof. Dr. h. c. Karlheinz Hornung offered on November 27, 2009, to
resign his seat on the Executive Board of MAN SE with effect from
December 11, 2009, for personal reasons.
'This step is not to be seen as related to the compliance
investigation that is currently ongoing,' said Prof. Hornung.
Prof. Hornung has been a member of the Executive Board since October
2004.
He has played a major role in MAN's realignment over the past few
years through his business and finance expertise.
