'Company') advises that as at 31 October 2009, the
Company's capital consists of 61,568,930 ordinary
shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each, with each
share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does
not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which to determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, the Company under the
Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
This announcement is made in conformity with the
