Kirchheim/Teck, Germany, 4 September 2009 - Dialog
Semiconductor plc (FWB: DLG), a global provider of
highly integrated mixed signal circuits, announces
today that it will be added to the German technology
TecDAX index. Dialog was granted entry to the index
yesterday during the meeting of the Working Committee
of the Equity Indices. The trading of Dialog's shares
within the index will start on 21 September 2009.

The TecDAX tracks the 30 largest and most actively
traded companies from the various technology sectors of
the Prime Standard segment, excluding those listed in
the German DAX index. It is amongst the most important
and leading stock indices in Germany and membership is
decided by a ranking, based on a company's free-float
market capitalization and stock market trading volume.
