Kirchheim/Teck, Germany, 14 July 2009 - Dialog
Semiconductor plc (FWB: DLG), a leading provider of

Semiconductor solutions, will hold its second quarter
2009 earnings call on Tuesday 28 July 2009 at 10.00 am
CET. The Company's second quarter financial results
will be released at approximately 8.00 am CET.

During the conference call, Jalal Bagherli, Chief
Executive Officer and Jean-Michel Richard, Vice
President and Chief Finance Officer, will review Dialog
