Phönix SonnenStrom AG: Annual General Meeting resolves that the company
will be renamed

Sulzemoos, 30 May 2007/ Phönix SonnenStrom AG (ISIN DE000A0BVU93), a
leading international photovoltaic systems integrator is to be renamed as
Phoenix Solar AG. At the Annual General Meeting held on 25 May 2007, the
shareholders approved the change of the company name with a full majority.
In addition, the payment of a dividend of EUR 0.10 per share was resolved.
All items on the agenda were adopted with a majority of between 99.88 and
100 percent.

Upon changing the company name to 'Phoenix Solar', the Group, which is
positioned in the international arena, will bear the same name in all
countries.

Following entry into the Register of Companies, the new company name will
be launched with a new logo and a new web presence. The company web site
address will also subsequently be changed to www.PhoenixSolar.com.
