BKN International AG: BKN Presents Its Most Expansive Programming Slate Ever

Cologne, 12th. September 2006, BKN International AG a global animation
company engaged in the production and distribution of animated children’s
television programmes and related consumer products, presents its largest
slate ever of high-quality children’s programming at MIPCOM 2006, it was
announced today by Allen Bohbot, BKN Group CEO. From 39 Episodes of
Animated Adventures ZORRO: GENERATION Z to 26 Episodes of Animated Action
Comedy DORK HUNTERS FROM OUTER SPACE to a line-up of high quality films in
CGI the equivalent of 123 episodes of products will be available to buyers
at this year’s market which equals BKN’s output of new product for the last
3 ½ years combined.

The slate of new animated programming includes:

39 x 22’- Zorro: Generation Z 
26 x 22’- Dork Hunters from Outer Space 
39 x 22’- Legend of the Dragon 
1 x 67’- Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves 
1 x 80’- Kong: Return to the Jungle 
1 x 48’ - A Christmas Carol 
1 x 48’ - Robin Hood 
1 x 48’ - Jungle Book 
1 x 48’ - Prince and the Pauper 
1 x 48’ - Three Musketeers 
1 x 48’ - Alice in Wonderland 

Three additional film titles of 48’ in length including Jack and the
Beanstalk, Gulliver’s Travels and The Nutcracker are also planned for late
in 2007.

In addition, BKN will showcase its strong catalogue of high-quality family
entertainment which now ranks sixth in the world for global libraries.

In view of these unprecedented developments and to achieve maximum success,
BKN has strengthened its sales force by naming four Directors and four
Managers to cover all sales territories.
  
Isabelle Marin has recently been named Director, Sales for USA, Canada, UK
and Ireland (except DVD), all French speaking territories and all
multi-territory deals and commissioning/co-productions. Reporting to her
will be Nha-Uyen Chau as Manager, Sales focusing on China, Korea, Japan and
Southeast Asia.

Marin has over 15 years experience in the television and entertainment
industry with development, production and co-production expertise ranging
from documentary to feature film to children’s animation.  Marin previously
served three years at CinéGroupe as Director of Pre-Sales and later
Vice-President of Distribution where she was instrumental in expanding
working relations with France, Germany, Great Britain and Spain.

Chau has over 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the TV industry.
She joins BKN from Amsterdam based Off the Fence where she increased sales
in Asia and Pacific Rim by more than 200% in first year of working in her
role.

Laura Tapias will continue as Managing Director of BKN New Media SL
focusing on all activities in Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Chile, Mexico,
Greece and Cyprus and reporting to her is Maria Bonaria Fois as VP Sales
and Marketing for Italy, Central America, Middle East and Turkey.

Bonaria Fois has over 12 years experience in TV and home entertainment
international sales. She joins BKN from Spain-based post-production and
distribution company, ELG Media Group, LCC where as Director of
Acquisitions and Sales and Co-Founder of the distribution division, she was
responsible for building up the animation branch as well establishing the
company’s presence worldwide.  Prior to that Bonaria Fois was at BRB
International where she was Director of the Audio-Visual Department (TV and
Video Sales).

Nicola Andrews returns to BKN as Director, Sales for German speaking
territories, Australia, New Zealand and India.  Reporting to her is Menifa
Bangura as Manager, Sales focusing on Eastern Europe, Benelux, Scandinavia
and Africa (including South Africa).

Matthew Graham-Clare will continue to oversee all DVD and VOD activities in
USA, UK, Canada and Ireland. He will soon name a new Manager, Sales for DVD
sales in the UK and Ireland.
