BKN International AG: Global licensing deals on Legend of the Dragon property

Cologne, 22nd June 2005 - BKN International AG ("BKN" or
"the Company"), the
Frankfurt and London listed global animation company engaged in the
distribution and marketing of animated children's television programmes and
related consumer products, announces on the eve of the important Licensing
International 2005 Trade Show in New York City that it has signed worldwide
interactive licensing deals for two of its animated titles with The Game
Factory, Inc ("Game Factory") and Planeta DeAgostini Interactive
("Planeta").


Under these global licensing agreements, Game Factory, an international
publisher of children's videogames, will produce and market video games
based
on the 'Legend of the Dragon' characters for digital entertainment
platforms
including Nintendo Portable DS and Sony PS2 game systems. Planeta, a
communications group at the forefront of content production for the Spanish
speaking market, has also been granted worldwide rights for mobile phones
and
PC games. Production will be carried out by 'ON GAMES', the production and
development division of Planeta DeAgostini Interactive. Legend of the
Dragon
will begin airing on many major broadcast networks such as the Nickelodeon
Latin America (already on the air), CBBC and BBC in the United Kingdom
(Summer
and autumn 2005), Super RTL in Germany (January 2006) and RTVE in Spain
(May
2006) and many more.
