BKN announces major new North American contract

BKN International A.G. ("BKN" or "the Company"), a
global animation company
engaged in the distribution and marketing of animated children's television
programmes and related consumer products, announces that its US subsidiary
has
signed a contract with GoodTimes Entertainment LLC, a major home video /
DVD
distributor in the United States to release its animated King Kong feature
in
North America to coincide with the upcoming epic remake of the Hollywood
fantasy
classic, King Kong from Universal Studios and Lord of the Rings director
Peter
Jackson.

BKN's animated King Kong feature is titled "Kong - King of
Atlantis" and lasts
72 minutes.  This is an entirely new, never-seen-before score, containing
original songs and music.  "Kong - King of Atlantis" will be
released in
September 2005, prior to the Universal Studios film being shown in cinemas
around the United States.

Wayne Mowat, Chief Financial Officer of BKN, added:  "We are
delighted to work
with such a prolific partner in GoodTimes Entertainment.  The deal ensures
a
minimum guaranteed shipment of 150,000 units in North America with BKN
earning
an approximate USD 3-3.50 per unit.  The Directors believe that this
minimum
shipment could be exceeded.  This win paves the way for similar contracts
in
Britain and other key European and Asian markets."
