We hereby announce that we have received the following notification
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG from Philippe Jabre, Switzerland:

On 01. December 2008 Philippe Jabre, Switzerland crossed below the
threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in XING AG, Hamburg, Germany. On that
date, Philippe Jabre held 2,49 % of the voting rights in Xing AG arising
from 129,301 voting rights.

All voting rights in XING AG were attributed to Philippe Jabre pursuant to
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
