We hereby announce that we have received the following notification
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG from Jabre Capital Partners SA, Geneva,
Switzerland:

On 27. November 2008 Jabre Capital Partners SA, Geneva, Switzerland crossed
above the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in XING AG, Hamburg,
Germany. On that date, Jabre Capital Partners SA held , 3.01 % of the
voting rights in Xing AG arising from 156.471 voting rights.

All voting rights in Xing AG were attributed to Jabre Capital Partners SA
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
