following:
On 05 December 2008 FIL Investment Management Limited, Kent, England
crossed above the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Xing AG, Hamburg,
Germany. On that date, FIL Investment Management Limited held 3.18% of the
voting rights in Xing AG arising from 165,330 voting rights.
All voting rights in Xing AG were attributed to FIL Investment Management
Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
WpHG.
