We, Farringdon Capital Management Switzerland SA (FCMS) hereby give notice,
pursuant to Sect. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on October 8th, 2008 our
voting interest in XING AG exceeded the threshold of 5% and amounts to
5,21% [271.218 voting rights]on this day. 5,21% of the voting rights
[271.218 voting rights] are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
Voting rights are attributed to us by Farringdon I (FFI) which holds
directly 5% or more of voting rights.
