the WpHG, that on May 12th, 2008 our voting interest XING AG exceeded the
threshold of 3% and amounts to 3,62% [188,410 voting rights] on this day.

Farringdon Capital Management Switzerland SA (FCMS), Geneva, Switzerland,
has informed us on May 16, 2008 as follows:

We, Farringdon Capital Management Switzerland SA (FCMS) hereby give notice,
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on May 12th, 2008 our voting
interest in XING AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounts to 3,62%
[188,410 voting rights] on this day. 3,62% of the voting rights [188,410
voting rights] are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
Voting rights are attributed to us by Farringdon Fund I which holds
directly 3% or more of voting rights.

Farringdon Capital Management Luxembourg SA (FCML), Luxembourg, Grand Duchy
of Luxembourg has informed us on May 16, 2008 as follows:

We, Farringdon Capital Management Luxembourg SA (FCML) hereby give notice,
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on May 12th, 2008 our voting
interest in XING AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounts to 3,62%
[188,410 voting rights] on this day. 3,62% of the voting rights [188,410
voting rights] are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
