DE0007289001, exceeded the threshold of 10% on October 24, 2012 and
amounted to 10.38% on this date (1,217,953 voting rights).

2. Voting Rights Announcement
Bettina Siegle, Germany, notified us on October 30, 2012 pursuant to § 21
(1) of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that her share of the
voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007289001, exceeded the threshold of 10% on October 24, 2012 and
amounted to 10.53% on this date (1,235,620 voting rights).

3. Voting Rights Announcement
Hermann Leistner, Germany, notified us on October 30, 2012 pursuant to § 21
(1) of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that his share of the
voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007289001, fell below the threshold of 15% on October 24, 2012 and
amounted to 10.14% at this date (1,190,456 voting rights).
Of these, 9.71% (1,140,000 voting rights) were attributable to him pursuant

Ralf Leistner, Germany, notified us on October 30, 2012 pursuant to § 21
(1) of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that his share of the
voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007289001, exceeded the threshold of 10% on October 24, 2012 and
amounted to 10.57% on this date (1,241,010 voting rights).
