Mr Johannes Mann, Karlsruhe, Germany today informed us, on its own behalf
and at the same time solely authorized to represent and member of the board
of Mann Immobilien-Verwaltung AG and as managing director solely authorized
to represent Doris Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, all with the same business
address: Durlacher Allee 109, 76137 Karlsruhe, as follows:

Mr Johannes Mann informed you on October 18, 2012 that his Voting Rights on
IVG Immobilien AG as of October 16, 2012 amounted to 20.004% (this
corresponds to 41585336 Voting Rights) and that these voting rights were,
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, attributed to
Mr Johannes Mann via Mann Immobilien-Verwaltung AG, Karlsruhe, Germany.

In addition on October 18, 2012, Doris Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, with
its sole shareholder Mann Immobilien-Verwaltung AG informed you, that on
October 17, 2012 its Voting Rights on IVG Immobilien AG amounted to 20.004%
(this corresponds to 41585336 Voting Rights).

Both announcements are exclusively based on internal restructurings and do
not have any impact on our involvement or our targets related to our
shareholding in IVG Immobilien AG.

Therefore, according to Article 27a WpHG Mr Johannes Mann, Mann
Immobilien-Verwaltung AG and Doris Verwaltunggesellschaft mbH informed us
as follows:

Our objective is to pursue a long-term strategic commitment in IVG
Immobilien AG.

We intend to acquire additional Voting Rights on a limited scope within the
next 12 months, depending on the development of the market.

Our goal is to exercise influence on the appointment of members of the
Supervisory Board and the Board of Management of IVG Immobilien AG.

There is no intention to introduce any major changes in the policies
currently pursued by the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of
IVG Immobilien AG with regard to the company's capital structure and the
payment of dividends.

The Voting Rights have been acquired via internal restructuring and
assignment without the deployment of external funding sources.
