On October 18, 2012, Mr Johannes Mann, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%, 5%,
10%, 15% and 20% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 16, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 20.004% (this corresponds to 41585336 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 20.004%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 41585336 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Mann from Mann Immobilien-Verwaltung AG.

On October 18, 2012, Doris Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Karlsruhe,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% threshold of the Voting Rights
on October 17, 2012 and on that day amounted to 20.004% (this corresponds
to 41585336 Voting Rights).
