On October 24th, 2012 BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, USA, notified
us according to section 21 paragraph 1 and section 22 paragraph 1, sentence
1, number 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 of the German Securities Trading
Act  (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) as following:

On April 13th 2011, the stake of BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, USA,
in the voting rights in Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, Kurfürsten-Anlage
52-60, 69115 Heidelberg, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3 % and the
amount of voting rights held was 3.04 % (7,087,562 voting rights). Said
voting rights are attributed to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. according to
section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 number 6 in conjunction with sentence 2
WpHG.
